概要
ビーム位置＆角度変位の電気光学同時計測
ビーム位置変位、角度変位、光パワーを、リアルタイムで測定・表示します。位置分解能 最小0.1μm、角度分解能 20μrad以上です。
精度の偏差は中央値からの偏差量に正比例し、偏差が小さい場合において、分解能値が有効です。
システムはCWビーム測用です。ポータブルで高速、かつ精度の高いビームアライメントソリューションを提供します。
