大口径での微小な角度偏差をモニタリングできます。
このシステムは、直交する2方向のビームをモニタすることで、ハウジングに対するレーザービームの角度偏差をμRadの分解能で測定します。パワー変動も記録され、時間に対するビームのストリップチャート表示が可能です。
CWレーザービーム測定用です。ポータブルで高速、正確なビームアライメントソリューションを提供します。

The application program is compatible with Windows 7/8/10 OS (32 & 64 bit). For custom integration, an SDK package software is offered as standard.
Ordering Information
All versions contain a sensor head with attached 3m long cable, an electronics box, a stabilized power supply, operation software on a CD/Flash Drive and carrying case.

ANGLE-25mm-U3: A Complete system with USB 3.0 camera, FOV ±12 x ±8°, cable, application software on Flash Drive, carrying case.
ANGLE-50mm-U3: A Complete system with USB 3.0 camera, FOV ±6 x ±4°, cable, application software on Flash Drive, carrying case.
Pan & Tilt Table: Optional Accessory – Adjusting mechanics Tilt ±2° Pan ±2.5° (148 x 92 x 35 mm, 1.6 kg)
