概要

高速かつ極めて正確なビーム位置測定のための完璧なソリューションです。光ビーム位置とパワーの両方を測定できます。

アップデートレートは、最高30kHz（9x9mm PSD用）または60kHz（4x4mm PSD用）で、高周波数での光ビーム位置測定が可能です。CWとパルスの両方を測定でき、分解能は最小1μmです。
