アップデートレート 最高30kHz（9x9mm PSD用）または60kHz（4x4mm PSD用）のリアルタイム測定を、最小分解能1μmで提供します。ダイナミックレンジが限定された特別な高分解能バージョンをご用意しています：最大±0.1μm （4x4mm）または最大±0.2μm （9x9mm）
CWとパルスの両用で、同期データ取得のための外部トリガー出力機能付きです。
USBポートを介して複数（最大8台）のデバイスを制御可能です。
